The issue is the tabs that are seen when the club contact clicks on the name of the field facility. Above is an example. First thing the club contact should see is that under the column marked LEAGUE it says NO. Which means it is not available for league play-meaning our events. To change it, click on the location name to the left. Then start with the tabs – Availability. Don’t forget to include the facility information under the first tab and include if the field is turf and lighted.

When you click on the name of the facility, the second page appears with the tabs.
The second tab: AVAILABILITY – MUST check off each of the ages that apply to that field. So a full sided field should have 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18, and 19 checked. Do not just check off OPEN. This does not open for all the ages. Click SAVE at the bottom. Always remember to save on each tab page before moving onto the next tab.

The next most important tab to click is VALID EVENT TYPES. First, to the right side, the box next to LEAGUE must be checked. And to the left side, soccer and/or multipurpose field must be checked. Then click SAVE.
